Chuck Stanley2024-01-26First and foremost, I'd like to thank Motherland Travel, Tour and Logistics LLC for the most memorable tour vacation that we've ever experienced. From the welcome sign at the airport, to the recommended 5 Star hotel stays, to the customized transportation needs throughout our entire stay. All of the staff were friendly and informational. We traveled to various regions of the country to visit known sites and beautiful sites and scenic views that were absolutely amazing. We were introduced to cultural food favorites that were divine! I think we ate 4-5 times a day. :). All of the food was delicious and the local spirits were refreshing. Our visit to The Elmina Castle was truly the highlight of vacation. Our visit to various open markets is a definite must-do! The staff were very accommodating and available to us at any time of the day or night. The people of Ghana are beautiful and it is by far the friendliest country we've visited since beginning our world travel journey about 20 years ago. We visited 1st President Museum, Black Star Square, Botanical Garden, Elmina Castle, Zoo, Dam, Lake tour, Art Museum, private Mosque visit (awesome), Naming Ceremony, custom made Ghanian formal outfits hand made by professional tailor and seamstress. We visited beautiful Pools, Beaches, Lounges, countless culinary spots, Jazz club and unexpected exciting night at a Salsa night. We will definitely be using Motherland Travel for our future travels in Africa and beyond. Again, thank you for your professionalism, courtesy, knowledge of the country. Thank you to your staff that contributed to our overwhelming experience. You all made us feel like family and not like tourists. Thank you! I highly recommend to anyone looking to tour Africa with a family feel.
