This tour goes beyond returning to your roots, it is also broadening your knowledge of West Africa. You will arrive in Lagos Nigeria, Look out for a placard with Motherland Tours written on it (Notice the Green Logo). We fast track to the National Museum in Onikan, established before Nigeria gained its independence, hoping to be done late afternoon. We then take you to the hotel for a time of rest and relaxation. You’ll be picked up later for dinner at about 7.30 pm.
2nd Day
After breakfast, we pick you up to visit the Lekki Conservation Centre and Lekki market. We stop for lunch and finish the day off at Obudu Mountain Resort. We fly out in the evening to Togo
3rd Day
Good morning Togo, breakfast is from 9 am to 10 am. Grab your swimwear; today we are spending the day at Aneho beach.
4th Day
Today are heading to The Grand Marche and the next stop will be The West African Art Museum, and also have lunch. More exploring of Lome and then we fly out this evening.
5th Day
You will be waking up in Accra Ghana, this morning you will be enjoying a leisure breakfast with a traditional flare. After we are headed out for a city tour of Accra. Today lunch will be in the heart of town, test your taste buds. We visit the National Museum and the Art Center.
6th Day
We drive up to Elmina castle, experience some culture, visit the museums of colonialism and learn about the transatlantic slave trade. If we get there on one of the lucky days of the week, we may encounter and experience a festival of the Akans. We drive back to Accra early enough to allow you to pack. Dinner will be at the hotel or residence today.
7th Day
